We offer premium linen home goods, including placemats, napkins, and accessories, carefully designed and crafted to elevate special moments at home or during events. We also offer other luxury home accessories.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including photographs, text, logos, and designs—is the property of Hive Atelier and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep product information accurate and up to date; however, availability may vary.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Coverage

  • We ship within Guatemala and El Salvador.

  • If you’re outside these areas, please fill out the designated form. We’ll quote your shipping and send a payment link that includes both your order and delivery fee.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery (Guatemala City):
    2 business days after placing the order.

  • Outside Guatemala City:
    4–5 business days. Orders are shipped via Guatex, and tracking numbers will be provided.

  • Express Delivery:
    Contact us via DM or WhatsApp. We’ll confirm availability and cost.

  • In-Store Pickup (if applicable):
    You may pick up your order during working hours at no additional cost. We’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp when it’s ready (usually the next business day).

  • El Salvador Delivery:

    • To Hive’s delivery address: $7.00

    • To client’s address in San Salvador: Starting at $7 (may vary depending on distance from San Benito. We will quote exact delivery cost once we have the address).

    • Pickup Address: Colonia San Benito, Avenida Las Magnolias, Condominio “Casa 159”, Lobby Reception.

Delivery Rates (Guatemala City)

  • Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 (except Monte María and Javier), 13 (except Cañadas de Elgin), 14, 15 (VH1, VH2): Q28

  • Zones 2 (San Ángel), 12 (Monte María and Javier), 13 (Cañadas de Elgin), 15 (VH3–VH4), 16 (Jardines de San Isidro, Santa Amalia, Hacienda Real, Lomas de San Isidro, El Pulte, La Montaña), 17, 18, Mixco, and Carretera a El Salvador: Q38

  • Outside Guatemala City:
    Shipped via Guatex. The client is responsible for paying the quoted shipping fee upon delivery.

Notes

  • Additional shipping fees may apply based on package size or weight.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or traffic conditions.

  • If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to Hive Atelier. The client may schedule a pickup or pay to reship the order.

Returns and Refunds

Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return Procedure

  • Contact us to begin the return process. We will provide instructions.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • We will share all refund details directly with the client.

Exclusions

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

  • We accept debit/credit cards and bank transfers.

  • Any additional fees (e.g., payment processing) will be shown at checkout.

  • Your payment data is encrypted and securely processed.

  • If a payment is rejected or canceled, the order will not be confirmed. We’ll reach out to help resolve the issue.

Taxes and Fees

  • Taxes are calculated based on the delivery location.

  • Shipping fees may or may not include taxes, as specified at checkout.

Promotions and Discounts

  • All promotions are valid only during specified dates and cannot be combined.

  • Some products or regions may be excluded from promotional offers.

Warranties and Responsibilities

  • We guarantee the quality of all our products.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss after the order leaves our workshop.

  • In the case of force majeure or unforeseen events, Hive Atelier is not liable for delays or disruptions.

Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and use your personal information only to process your order and communicate with you.

  • We do not share your data with third parties without your consent.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet been shipped.
